Any unauthorised content which does not have explicit clearance by the Director / Directors, or any authorized person / persons, on behalf of Bubbling Kettle, will deem to be legally null and void and cannot be challenged in any court of law.

The name Bubbling Kettle with its logo is Trade Mark Registered, in relevant classes under Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Controller General of Patents Design & Trade Marks, Govt of India. As such any use of this name in any form is legally untenable. Use of this logo without authorization by authorized signatory of Bubbling Kettle is legally void and should not be construed as a legal right, temporary or long term.

The Parent Company of Bubbling Kettle i.e Eastland Ventura Solutions Pvt Ltd., is registered as MSME, under Ministry of Commerce, Govt of India

This website is ideally available 24 x 7, 365 days a year. However, due to operational & maintenance reasons, the company does not commit to its availability or suspension for either limited or a long period ( minutes, hours, days, weeks or months )

The company reserves the right to change, discontinue, any part or part of the website without any intimation and compensation to either an individual, group, company or companies, vendors or associates for which no compensation in part or full can be claimed.

Any loss suffered by Bubbling Kettle or any Associated Party or Business Partner will be considered a brand damage and legal proceedings will be initiated at the cost of the unauthorised user / users, organization / organizations.

Bubbling Kettle will not be responsible to supply any other product / products which may have been part of your order, but dispatch details not confirmed.

Bubbling Kettle will also not be responsible for any delays or gaps in delivery as this is being executed by a third party and will not constitute to be a part of the Deemed Contract.

Bubbling Kettle however stands by any payments made by the customer and is dutybound to return the money through Net Transfer if the material cannot be supplied.
